As soon as we confirm your booking, you’ll get a secure login for My Trip – our superb online trip management system that gives you a single point of access to everything you need. An interactive timeline on your personal homepage guides you through your preparations, letting you tick off each action as you complete it, and sending you gentle reminders by email if things get a bit behind!

As your start date gets closer, you can view full details of your hospital, your mentors, the house in which you’ll be living and even the housemates you’ll be sharing it with – all through your My Trip login, wherever you happen to be.

My Trip even incorporates a comprehensive health advisory service from London-based medical charity InterHealth, to ensure you’re up-to-date with the right vaccinations, anti-malaria medication etc.

But don’t worry, you won’t only have a computer to talk to. Our expert team here at Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne in England are only ever a phone call or email away, and there’s always someone with detailed knowledge of your destination and placement available if you have any questions or worries. We’ll even call you back anywhere in the world at a time convenient to you.
